Fantastic Stay Near the Station!

The staff was super cute! The reception staff gave great advice about travel. I used the free transport around the city. The room was excellent, it had all the facilities I needed (I really liked the desk). Breakfast each morning was delicious.
The room was quite warm and I could not adjust the air conditioning effectively. I wish I could have controlled the temperature better.

The location was great with proximity to the train station. it was easy to access public transportation. The railway station was especially close. lac leman was only a short walk of about five minutes from the hotel. i appreciated the convenience this provided for exploring the area.
i found that the hotel temperature was very warm. the air conditioning did not work to my satisfaction, and the rooms felt stuffy.

The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very helpful. I really appreciated that. the location was quite good and i could walk to the main attractions easily. the breakfast had fresh pastries, eggs, and salmon, a good way to start the day.

The room was spacious and clean with super clean linen. The bed was a great size, i found it very comfortable. i liked that the bathroom was quite spacious. the room provided pretty much all one needs for a comfortable night's sleep.

the location was very convenient. it was close to shops and the city center. the customer service was also excellent, they were very helpful.
unfortunately, my room was very close to the train station. i had to change rooms, but that one was above the garage.

The location was very convenient, and the reception staff were friendly.
The air conditioning did not work well , I requested help but I still found all of my rooms to be uncomfortably warm. They provided a fan after I couldn't solve the issue, but the air was unbearable. It made sleep difficult.

What options are available for getting to the hotel from the airport?

A free public transport ticket is available at a machine located just before customs at the airport. From there, taking the train to Geneva's central station, Gare Cornavin, only takes about 7 minutes. The hotel is just a 4-5 minute walk from the station. Taxis are also available, or personal transfers can be arranged upon request.
Is there parking available for vehicles with trailers?

Unfortunately, the hotel cannot accommodate vehicles with trailers unless they can be detached. An alternative parking arrangement can be made with the sister hotel, Kipling, for a daily fee of CHF 35 per spot.
